Unopened lubricant (box must remain sealed) and unopened tools and/or kits will be accepted within 7 days of purchase. We do not accept exchanges and/or returns for any opened or used products.
Contact us at support@getcere.com for more information on return eligibility. Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling costs as we are unable to provide prepaid labels.
Any opened or used product cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Here's how to easily return your item(s):
Securely pack your merchandise and packing slip in a box of your choice. You may use the original package (our recommendation), or you may pack your return in a well-padded box or mailer to prevent damage in transit.

Changes & Cancellations
To cancel your order, please email customer service using support@getcere.com. We can’t process orders cancelled on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, but we will notify you on the following business day. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or accept changes to orders. Please email to cancel and/or reorder your item(s). Unfortunately, once an order is confirmed, no changes (email address, mailing address, or order quantities and details) can be made.
