Shipping policy
Currently we ship to the United States and Canada.
Shipping Information:
- You may experience shipping delays due to high volume of orders and USPS®. Actual delivery date may vary depending on origin, destination, Post Office acceptance date and time, and other conditions, with no guarantees.
- All orders are shipped Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Unfortunately, we cannot process orders on weekends or holidays. Orders placed by will 12PM EST ship within approximately 3 business days for standard shipping speeds, and 1-2 business days for express orders.
- Currently, shipping to all US and Canada states/provinces is through USPS® and UPS®.
- US shipments can take up to 7 business days for delivery; shipments to Canada can take up to 10-15 business days.
- Canada shipments, please note: The shipping cost shown at checkout does not include any import fees, taxes, and brokerage charges, which are the recipient’s responsibility; consider these potential costs before placing an order. Refused packages will be returned to Cere at the customer's expense. Value of goods will be refunded, but initial shipping and return shipping are non-refundable.
Shipping Address:
Please provide accurate city, state, zip code and apt# if applicable, and be sure to double check that all fields have correct information. Abbreviations, misspellings, and other typos that result in delivery errors might be shipped back to us. Please note: we make every effort to re-ship; if we can’t reach you within 10 business days, we will cancel your order and refund your purchase price to the original form of payment.
Billing Address:
Please verify that your billing information matches your credit card billing address. Name/street/city/state/zip/apt#, address must match EXACTLY, with no typos or misspellings. If any numbers are different, the order will not be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city names and avoid abbreviations unless that is how this information appears on your statement. (Contact your financial institution to verify the exact billing address of your credit card account.)
Missing/Lost Packages, Damaged/Stolen Items:
In order to prevent fraudulent claims, we cannot be responsible for packages once in the possession of the USPS® or UPS®. If your package is stolen/lost or damaged by USPS® or UPS®, we cannot replace the items. All lost packages are the responsibility of USPS® and UPS®. Based on the shipping carrier selected at checkout, please contact the nearest USPS® or UPS® to resolve any shipment issues. If you can provide a USPS® or UPS® claim number and detailed information, we may be able to further assist in this matter. Otherwise, we only have the capacity to track your package.
