Pelvic tilts are a foundational movement that build awareness and control without strain.

Lie on your back with knees bent and feet grounded

Slowly tilt the pelvis upward, gently flattening the lower back into the floor

Hold for five seconds, then release

Repeat 10–15 times, moving with your breath
